ApexPilot is a Chrome extension that provides a developer IDE for Salesforce orgs. This Privacy Policy explains how the extension handles user data.
ApexPilot does not collect, transmit, or share any user data with the developer or any third party. Specifically:
ApexPilot processes the following data exclusively within the user’s browser:
The extension reads the active Salesforce session ID from the browser cookie or page context. This session ID is used solely to authenticate direct API requests to the user’s own Salesforce org via the Salesforce Tooling API. It is never transmitted to any third-party server.
Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura bundle files are fetched from and deployed directly to the user’s Salesforce org. This data is displayed within the editor and is never stored or transmitted outside the user’s own org.
User preferences such as editor theme, font size, and deployment settings are stored locally in the browser’s storage. This data remains on the user’s device and is not transmitted externally.
